Hi everyone!

My meals have been pretty basic since eating healthier- we’re talking straight boiled chicken and broccoli but below are some meals that I am going to start incorporating and don’t worry- I am on the prowl for some delicious healthy meals. Of course, I think anything you can cook at home is a world better than eating fast food.

So I thought, since I am rounding up weekly meals that I am just dying to try…why not include some yummy desserts?  I must confess… I have a soft spot for Nutella and cheesecakes, so you’ll probably see a lot of those here 🙂

Valentine Meals

So this will come out after Valentine’s but so what? Here are a few meals that are a little special but totally doable during the week- at least from reading the directions and ingredient list 🙂

For the man in your life– or anyone really? I mean I know this has all things I love: Bacon, Beer, Cheese and Pasta! I think I just gained 10 pounds. Bonus, looks like a fairly easy 30 minute meal.
